Supporting people with long term conditions through flexible working

E-learning on demand

Nowadays, workplace flexibility is nearly as important as salary for attracting top talent to business. But did you know that for people with long term health conditions and disabilities, flexible working is not just a perk, but is critical for finding and thriving in work?

At Astriid we connect individuals with long term conditions like fibromyalgia and Long Covid with flexible working opportunities.

But 86% of our candidates say that line managers and hiring managers have insufficient insight into how these invisible, energy-limiting conditions impact on working life. Sadly, this means that opportunities for inclusion through workplace flexibility are too often missed.

30% of the workforce will develop a long term condition by 2030. This is why, together with our partners at Advanced, we  have launched a unique, accessible and affordable training solution that can equip your teams to deliver effective support to this key talent pool.
